rschs-monitor
An Android application that groups SMS messages from RSCHS/РСЧС senders into a local daily journal. Processing stays on the device; AndroidManifest requests no INTERNET permission.
Installation and permissions
Section titled “Installation and permissions”Requires Android 8.0/API 26 or later. Grant READ_SMS and RECEIVE_SMS at first launch. The application scans existing messages and receives new ones through SmsReceiver; denied permission prevents SMS access.
Classification
Section titled “Classification”AlertStore normalizes sender names and matches RSCHS or РСЧС. Message text is checked in this order:

Unmatched messages are ignored. Timestamp and full body identify duplicates. The SMS sender name is a filter, not cryptographic source authentication.
Storage
Section titled “Storage”Events are stored as a JSON array in SharedPreferences events, key items. AlertEvent contains time, type, body and sender. Items are ordered by time. Android backup is disabled; the code does not configure separate SharedPreferences encryption.
Use JDK 17, Gradle 8.9 and Android SDK 35.
gradle :app:assembleDebugAPK output: app/build/outputs/apk/debug/app-debug.apk. CI runs the same task and stores the APK as an artifact.
